The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Research Analyst to join our team. The Senior Research Analyst will be at the forefront of client engagement, collaborating closely with external clients to understand their market, content requirements and designing programs of primary research which meet their needs.
This role will liaise and collaborate extensively with the content writers in the editorial team, in addition to working alongside our Guided Analytics and Data team to support the design and development of compelling content solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client engagement and cross team collaboration
Work with the content writers in the editorial team to understand the market, engaging with key stakeholders in the market and proactively understanding and analysing their content needs and objectives.
Work with the Guided Analytics and Data Team to collect relevant datasets and translate these into impact insight in the form of data dashboards
Content strategy and development
Collaborate with the editorial team to translate client requirements into comprehensive and innovative content strategies
Design programs of primary research to meet client needs
Support the creation of monthly market commentary, conducting in-depth research and analysis to provide valuable insights on market trends and developments.
Conduct regular interviews with key industry stakeholders to gather unique perspectives and incorporate them into content pieces.
Support the design, development, and timely delivery of in-depth critical insight reports data-driven insight reports and short-form data dives
Support the design, delivery, and maintenance of a monthly email newsletter targeted at registered subscribers, delivering curated content and updates.
Support the design, delivery, and distribution of monthly content videos, ensuring alignment with content strategies and client expectations.
Support keynote speaking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to enhance the visibility and reputation of our content.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Business, Marketing).
Proven experience (5+ years) in research analysis, content creation, and client engagement.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with external clients and industry stakeholders.
Proficiency in content management tools, data analytics, and multimedia content creation.
Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Experience of statistical software packages (particularly IBM SPSS Statistics)
Basic working knowledge of survey scripting platforms, and data visualisation tools
Evidence of formal qualifications in the Market Research industry (Advanced Market Research Certification or similar)
Proven track record of public speaking and thought leadership activities is a plus.

Job Description Summary
This attorney will be expected to manage closing processes, review and draft loan documents, including commitment letters, term sheets, loan agreements and collateral documents. Prior experience with borrower-side representation preferred, but lender-side representation (especially with private credit lenders) is also desired. Private equity borrower-side representation, a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of matters for a variety of clients with a Chambers-rated and growing practice across industries.

Requirements:
J.D.3+ years of private equity sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions experience.
Admitted to practice in the UK.
Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.
Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
